Is Nikken A Scam Or Legit MLM?

Nikken Review

Can a business that generates $9 billion per year be a scam? Back in 2011, MLM is one of the few niches I actually tried when I was looking for a way to make money online. Back then, the internet was still a bit young. At the time, you can totally sell any crap because many review sites don’t exist them. In fact, a lot of people made mad money just by belonging to one MLM pyramid scheme or another.

Now, if you don’t know how the MLM pyramid works, it is a multi-level marketing which means, you will need to recruit people under you in order to increase your earning. The process allows you to join the program, upgrade by paying a subscription fee or buying some sort of product. Once you complete your upgrade, you will be required to suck others into the system and teach them to repeat what you just did before you earn. Some people mastered MLM while others lost a lot of money joining various MLMs.

My Top Recommended Program

Recently, most of these MLM schemes have restructured, most of them don’t advertise themselves as MLM platform anymore. Instead, they are leveraging the lucrative business that exists in the health and wellness industry to make even more money. Obesity is a growing problem in the United States just like male infertility. Moreover, the society is placing a greater emphasis on looks nowadays. Thus, MLM such as Nikken leverage this loophole in the way our society works to market health and wellness products. According to them, when you join Nikken, you will have an opportunity to improve your overall health while making money at the same time. In this no bullshit review, you will learn everything you need to know about Nikken – the good, the bad, and the ugly.Nikken Review

What is Nikken?

It was in 1975 that a Japanese man known as Isamu Masuda founded a company known as Nikken. The company is a health and wellness company. In 1988, due to large demand and the market that exists in the United States, Nikken moved their headquarters from Japan to California in order to tap into a global market. As of now, the company has their location in about 40 countries worldwide. In the years that followed, Nikken adopted multi-level marketing (MLM) structure in the promotion of their health and wellness products.

How Does Nikken Works

Nikken sells a variety of products. In fact, it is possible that you only learn of this product from someone in the health and wellness industry or after using one of their products. The company sells many products they claim can promote good health and sleep. One of their most popular products which you may have come across is the “Kenko Sleep System” which, according to the company, uses magnets to improve sleeping patterns in people suffering from sleep deprivations.

Most of Nikken product cost as low as $35. However, they have several products that cost $500 and even $1500. Apart from these their health and wellness products, Nikken also offers skin care, nutritional supplements, massage products, flexible support wraps, pet care items, sleep masks, weight loss programs, cosmetic, and even water treatment systems. Without a doubt, it is very possible that you may have come across Nikken product if you are living in the United States.

Can You Make Money With Nikken?

Nikken claims you can make money in two ways when you join their company. The first way to make money when you join is to sell their products and make commissions. Another way to make money with Nikken is to join their MLM program and then recruit “Nikken consultants” under you. Whenever the consultants you recruited make a sale, you will get a commission.

You earn 5% commission as a senior consultant and 10% as an executive consultant. When you get to the Bronze level, you will start earning 15% commission and this commission increases to 20% when you reach Silver level. The company has a basic requirement for moving from one level to another. You are required to refer at least 100 people every month and also earn 500 points in sales to move to the next level. When you join the Nikken MLM program, you can make sales or recruit other people using social media, email marketing, personal websites, and even through phone calls.

Before you can join Nikken and begin climbing levels, you will pay $99 upfront fee. After paying this fee, you will then become an ordinary member. From there, you will now start to climb levels with hope to reach the Silver consultant level as soon as possible. Just like many MLM platforms, climbing these levels is not easy. With the type of structure Nikken has in place, you are required to recruit at least 100 new members each month in order to move to the next level. To get to the highest level which is the “Silver Consultant”, you will need to have 20,000 referrals already. Without a doubt, this is an uphill task and a lot of people won’t be able to meet this quota no matter how much they tried.

Is Nikken a Scam or Legit MLM?

Nikken is reputed to be generating around $9 billion in sales every year. The company has been around for so many years. In fact, they have been around for more than 40 years. Now, does this mean that a company that makes $9 billion per year cannot be a scam? It is not that straightforward. Nikken is not a scam. Obviously, the company knows exactly what it is doing in terms of business and MLM.

Over the years, I have watched so many MLM platforms come and crashed within a few months. However, Nikken has remained strong since them. Of course, not without some complaints. There is no scientific proof that their product works. For all I care, your only chance of making money is by recruiting as many people as possible. Trust me, it is not easy getting 100 people to commit $99 every month to join Nikken and you have to do it all over again every new month. You won’t likely get to the top if you join Nikken. Nikken is not a scam. However, I don’t see a complete newbie succeeding very fast with this program – it is overrated and over-saturated. Stay away.

Is There a Better Alternative To Nikken?

Yes, there is a much better alternative to Nikken and probably easier than you think. In fact, it requires no recruiting. It is called affiliate marketing.
