What is Enjeo Referral Program?
On their website, Enjeo described itself as a program that allows you to refer an unlimited amount of friends, family members, and coworkers to products they are probably familiar with already so that you can earn some extra cash.
The company only provided limited information on its website homepage. Take, for instance, the address or location of the company is not listed anywhere on the website. It looks suspicious that a “legit” company would hide their address. There is also vague information on how the program works on the homepage. In fact, if you want to get any serious information about how the program works, you must sign up. The only problem is that when you sign up, the company will have access to your data even if you later decide not to follow up with the program.
Based on the information on their homepage, Enjeo is marketing itself as an affiliate marketing company. Below, I will go over how the program works. In the section below, you will learn if this program is actually legit or scam based on how it works. One thing is for sure, you will find the next section very interesting.
How Does Enjeo Works?
At first look, Enjeo looks like a very lucrative program. With so many promises, you will think that you’ve finally hit the jackpot. To get started, you will need to sign up for the network. The signup is free. However, they will ask you to add your checking/savings account. According to them, they only need this information so that they will know where to send your payouts once you start making money on the platform. In my opinion, they should have waited until you need to make a withdrawal before requesting for such information. It seems like they are in a hurry to get as much of your data as possible.
The company’s business model depends mostly on referring new members. They encourage their members to recruit as many members as possible. You will get a $5 referral bonus for anyone that joins the network through your link. Recently, they are running a “limited time bonus” offer that allows you to earn $10 for each new member that joins the network through your link.
After referring someone, you will get another $5 if the person stays on the program for more than 30 days. To be honest, I didn’t understand what they mean by “stay” on the program. In my opinion, your referral has to be active before you can receive this money. You will make an additional $1.25 commission when you get people to sign up for Enjeo’s digital services.
Enjeo claims that they sell various services. You earn money when someone signup for any of these services. They include:
Road Assistance Plans: You are required to sell a road assistance plan that costs $9.95/month or $120/year. You will earn a $20 commission after 2 billing cycles. Note that road assistance services are already being provided by more competent companies all over the world, including the United States.
Realty Listing Mini Plan: You are expected to sell this plan to people searching for real estate listing. Of course, most people would rather use Zillow, Trulia or other reputable real estate listing websites.
Public Records Mini Plan: If someone wants to do a background check before hiring a new employer, you can sell this plan. It covers 10 public record reports.
Credit Monitoring Mini Plan: When you sell this plan to someone, Enjeo will monitor their credit profile and alert them for certain activities such as new credit inquiry, account closure, too much spending activities and much more.
You earn money on Enjeo by selling these subscription plans mentioned above. Your commission on these products ranges from $1.25 to $20. The only problem is that most of these services are already being provided by more competent and trusted companies all over the world. Thus, it may be very difficult to get someone to buy them from you.
Ugly Truth About Enjeo Revealed!
Does Enjeo still sound like the real deal for you at this point? I don’t think so! Unfortunately, I still have more bad news for you. In this section, I will look at all the bad sides of Enjeo. You need to pay serious attention to this section.
1. Unknown Owner
When it comes to online business, I usually recommend you should be suspicious of websites that fail to reveal the name of the person or company that owns them. In the case of Enjeo, no owner was mentioned. The address of the company was also not mentioned. They casually mentioned Nevada somewhere on their website. Nevertheless, no real address was given. The company is not transparent. This is an indicator that is consistent with most scam programs I have reviewed in the past.
2. Low Potential to Make Money
If you are thinking of becoming rich on Enjeo, think again. Despite all the hypes, the highest you can earn on commission is $20 if someone is willing to pay for the road assistance service annual plan. I don’t see this happening for many people. Most money you will earn on the platform comes from recruiting others.
3. Multiple Complaints Against Enjeo
Enjeo or the company they work with, have so many complaints against them. Most people complained that they continually continue to debit their credit card without permission. Most people that requested for refunds did not get it. No doubt, this has a lot to say about Enjeo.
4. Not Transparent
Enjeo provided only vague information about their operation. You will be lured to sign up before you can get complete access to how the program work. This is a clever tactic to get many people to sign up on the platform.
Is Enjeo a Scam?
So far, Enjeo appears to be a legitimate online business. You have to be really good at recruiting people if you want to join this program and have a chance of earning money. However, I wouldn’t recommend Enjeo. The business structure is poorly designed and it doesn’t seem to be sustainable. Besides, the company has lots of transparency issues as well as multiple complaints against them.
